An Umbrella Distribution Program was held on 11th June 2025 in the premises of Kulur High School (Kannada Medium), Kulur, Mangalore. The event was organized with the objective of supporting students from financially backward families and children of daily wage workers.
The program was graced by the presence of Rev. Fr Victor Vijay Lobo, Parish Priest St Antony’s church and Rev. Fr Arun Joseph Mendonca Headmaster of the Kulur High School along with our Professional Director Mr Sushanth Saldanha, Member of Board of Management, Mrs Sharmila Daina Menezes, Ashoknagar Branch Manager Lancy Lobo, sub staff Mr Maxim Saldanha.
A total of 110 umbrellas were distributed to deserving students as part of this initiative.
During the event, Rev. Fr Victor Vijay Lobo and Rev. Fr Arun Joseph Mendonca expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Sahakara Ratna Mr Anil Lobo, Chairman, MCC Bank Ltd and Board of Directors for their generous support. Mr Lancy Lobo Branch Manager, Ashoknagar Branch spoke on the occasion and emphasized the importance of community service and the bank’s commitment to helping the needy. The initiative was highly appreciated by the school, staff, students and their families.
