The training commenced with an insightful introduction by the General Manager, Mr Sunil Menezes, who emphasised the vital role that sub-staff play within the bank. He discussed how sub-staff play an integral role to the overall functioning and success of the organisation.

Following this introductory session, Mr S.H. Visweswaraiah, former Deputy General Manager of SBI and an advisor to M.C.C Bank Ltd, led an engaging icebreaker session that encouraged participation and fostered a spirit of involvement among the sub staff.

He then started a detailed discussion about the roles and responsibilities of a Sub-Staff. During this session, he outlined the specific job descriptions of sub-staff, highlighting essential duties such as maintaining branch cleanliness, adhering to a housekeeping schedule, and achieving business targets. His approach not only clarified expectations but also instilled a sense of pride and accountability in their roles.

Further enriching the training, Mr Roshan Madtha, the IT Advisor, conducted a comprehensive session focused on the technical responsibilities of sub-staff in the workplace. He elaborated on crucial technical aspects, including the maintenance of computers, generators, and other electrical equipment essential for smooth operations. His informative presentation equipped participants with the knowledge needed to ensure that all technical resources are functioning optimally, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of the bank. The training proved to be both enlightening and empowering, setting the stage for improved performance and teamwork among the sub-staff at M.C.C Bank Ltd.

In his valedictory note, Chairman Mr Anil Lobo emphasized the importance of being alert while working.
